The Project
A cascading green void creates a unique social amenity within a residential environment

At the center of the innovative design for the Split Block is a void with cascading interconnected spaces, creating a dynamic and socially engaging environment for both residential and commercial tenants. The distinctive architectural feature also serves as a communal area, encouraging residents and businesses to interact, collaborate, and create a vibrant mixed-use community. Split Block breaks with conventional, rigid structures in mixed-use architecture by emphasizing shared spaces and a sense of openness. The focal point of the cascading void offers a visual and experiential connection between different levels of the block, engendering a lively social environment that prioritizes community while integrating urban business and urban living.
